Yesterday, a contract for the construction of a production and business facility for the German giant Mahle was signed at the premises of Mahle Electric Drives Bosnia in Laktaši, for a location in the Aleksandrovac Industrial Zone in Laktaši.
The facility will cover an area of 30,000 m², and will be built on a site of 65,000 m².
Baupartner is also the designer of this facility, where their design team, along with partners Klaus Lehmann Gračanica and Alfaterm Mostar, successfully met all the requirements set by the investor.
We are particularly proud because we won the project in a very tough international competition, and this accomplishment allows us to say that Baupartner has become a leader in the construction of industrial facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in the region – said Baupartner.
Despite a turbulent year full of uncertainty and crises, we can say that this has been our most successful year. In addition to the domestic BiH market, where we are working on almost all major investments, the most notable ones being for companies such as Bingo, TPDC Rajovac, Union Foods, Azel France, we managed to complete a large facility for Bosch in Slovenia this year. In Croatia, we have built and are building a large number of significant projects in Zaprešić, Rijeka, and Samobor, with a total area exceeding 180,000 m².
Constant investment in the expansion of production facilities and equipment, as well as employee training and a professional approach to customers, has resulted in over 120 million BAM worth of contracts already being secured, which is more than double the planned amount.
