Economy and high quality

This type of construction is up to 30% faster, cheaper, and of higher quality than traditional on-site concrete pouring. In addition to this advantage, the product quality is better compared to conventional construction because production takes place in controlled conditions, unaffected by weather conditions. All construction elements are optimized, and their assembly is simple and quick. The elements are made in smooth molds and finished, so no maintenance or painting of the structure is required.

High construction speed

The assembly of buildings is very fast, as pre-fabricated elements are delivered to the construction site and assembled without the need for additional processing. The impact of weather conditions is minimized since production takes place in controlled conditions.

Safety

We pay great attention to the safety of our structures, and during the design process, we apply modern standards related to the stability of structures against earthquakes. Concrete structures are also characterized by a high degree of fire resistance.

In production, there are three tracks, each 65 meters long, and two tracks, each 105 meters long, for the production of roof A and I beams, roof T beams, and floor beams. We also have a track for producing PI floor slabs, 90 meters long, and several batteries for producing roof beams, recesses, and ridge beams. All tracks and batteries are equipped with equipment for adhesive prestressing and the latest vibration systems, allowing us to achieve flawless visual surfaces on concrete elements.

On a site of 18,000 m² with a building area of 3,600 m², we have started the production of prestressed hollow core slabs. The planned capacity is over 12,000 m² of ceilings per month, and we have purchased a modern concrete plant with a capacity of 90 m³ of concrete per hour.

Wide range of applications

The production program of concrete elements allows for great flexibility in the application of structures and provides freedom in the design of buildings. Large structural spans enable the construction of buildings with very few interior columns, which is particularly important in industrial, warehouse, and commercial buildings.
