Baupartner, a company from Lukavac, reached the peak of its operations last year, marking a milestone in its 11 years of existence, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and difficult business conditions.
This year, several impressive projects were completed, both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the region.
Last year, Baupartner built one of the largest logistics centers in Croatia for the investor Log Expert One, located in the Velika Gorica industrial zone Meridian 16 (Vukovinsko polje), covering a total area of 70 thousand square meters.
This is, to date, our largest individual project, representing the pinnacle of our efforts. It serves as confirmation that, in a very short period since the beginning of our own reinforced concrete production, we have become an important player in the realization of large projects in our region. It is enough to mention that it took 1,080 truckloads (trips) to transport the materials, and over 250 special oversized loads had to be transported – said Baupartner representatives.
Among the projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, they highlight the domestic retail chain Bingo d.o.o., for whom they constructed five facilities this year. These include the Bingo Sarajevo TPDC Rajlovac with a total area of 28,000 m², Bingo Tuzla warehouse with an area of 13,200 m², Bingo Banovići with a total area of 6,700 m², Bingo Čelić covering 3,600 m², and the expansion of the Bingo Tuzla administrative building with an area of 1,900 m². Their cooperation with Bingo continues in 2022 – stated Baupartner.

- Voith Hydro Bosnia Lukavac, 7,000 m² – turnkey project
- Nora plast d.o.o. Banja Luka, 6,500 m², as well as many others…
Last year, Baupartner was part of the project for the construction of two COVID hospitals and a vaccine factory in Serbia. The investment was made by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia, and the contractor for the works was Termomont from Belgrade. The area of the COVID hospital in Batajnica is 7,042 m², while the one in Novi Sad covers 5,200 m². The vaccine factory has an area of 10,000 m².
They have completed over 350 projects and built over one million square meters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Austria, Sweden, and other countries.
We are in the negotiation phase for several very significant projects in 2022, and the business results this year give us great optimism, but also the responsibility to justify the trust our clients have in us – conclude Baupartner.
