Turnkey construction means that our company handles all aspects of building your property. After the technical inspection is completed, the customer receives a fully finished and ready-to-use building.
By performing the work in this way, Baupartner guarantees the quality of all tasks and the compatibility of all components and materials. All work is carried out exactly according to the project documentation and contractual terms. Our policy is to propose and offer alternatives for consideration, where, based on our experience, better solutions and cost savings are possible.
The majority of the work is done by our employees and our equipment, which ensures the highest level of quality and the lowest price. At Baupartner, we also work with competent subcontractors with whom we maintain a constant collaboration, ensuring competitive prices for the client.
The price of the work can be agreed upon in two ways: based on unit prices or a fixed price. A unit price offer means that the offer is based on the quantities of work from the main project, and that the quantities are verified during construction, with the total amount for all agreed and additional works being calculated.
If the project documentation is sufficiently detailed and will not change during construction, we can provide an offer with a fixed and non-changeable price for the entire building. For fixed-price contracts, the client does not have to worry about potential additional work and can finalize the financial structure without fear of extra costs.
