The monthly capacity for steel structure production ranges between 100 and 140 tons, depending on the type and complexity of the structure.
We specialize in the production of prestressed hollow core slabs used in industrial and residential construction.
The production complex is located on a 70,000 m² plot of land, with administrative and production buildings occupying 23,000 m². An additional 7,000 m² consists of an open storage area, equipped with gantry cranes for space manipulation. The production facilities, which are key to the functionality of the complex, were built between 2014 and 2024, ensuring modern and efficient infrastructure for further growth and development of production capacities. The complex is equipped with the latest machinery for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, steel structures, and prestressed hollow core slabs. The logistical connectivity with highways and border crossings enables fast and secure distribution to both regional and international markets..
Baupartner boasts a modern logistics fleet that includes over 100 vehicles, nine truck cranes, and specialized trailers for transporting long and heavy elements. Our equipment enables efficient transport of steel structures, reinforced concrete elements, and other construction products, with a high level of precision and safety.
