In the 8 years of its existence, we have over 250 completed contracts in the territory of BiH, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Austria, Sweden, Libya. As of early 2018, we are seeing great results and we will have an increase in revenue by almost 40% compared to last year, which was a record for the company. In 2018, in addition to the exceptionally good results in the BiH market, in 2017 and 2018, we built 16 facilities in Serbia, covering an area of ​​1,200 to 30,000 m2, and facilities in Croatia. From the completed projects we would single out the production and installation of precast concrete elements for the company Prodanović in Šabac (production facility of 7,100 m2), then cooperation with the company Konstruktor Consulting, which was the developer of the construction project of the 4,500 m2 facility for which we produced, and then installed, prefabricated structural structures, concrete columns, main roof trusses and corneas, as well as a project in collaboration with EyeMaxx on the construction of the first phase of their facility, with a total area of ​​30,000 m2 in Novi Banovci, and we are currently working on the construction of the second phase. In addition to increasing the volume of work and projects, we have built a new facility with more than EUR 1.5 million invested. On an area of ​​18,000 m2 of land in the 3,600 m2 building, we started production of prestressed hollow slabs, where we employed an additional 30 workers. The planned capacity is over 12,000 m2 of ceilings per month. Baupartner has contracts signed both in Slovenia and Croatia this year, so they expect an increase in business volume in these markets as well. The main focus, however, remains on new projects in Serbia, as the market in the largest expansion. Currently, we have started preparatory work for the Austrian Boxmark Leather Austria, which is expanding its production facilities in Lukavac in Phase I to 10,000 m2 and Phase 2 to another 8,000 m2. Boxmark Leather, in addition to production facilities in Lukavac, plans to build an office building as well as a warehouse block, which will ultimately total over 25,000 m2. The contractor of all works is our company. We also completed the work on the Elsta Mosdorfer Bosnia facility in Živinice, where in addition to the prefabricated construction, we completed all construction work. Elsta Mosdorfer Bosnia is a member of the Knill Group, which has 29 companies and operations in 16 countries. The facility was built in record time.
