Baupartner is building a large production facility for the German giant

Yesterday, at the premises of Mahle Elektric Drives Bosnia in Laktaši, a contract was signed for the construction of a production and business facility of the German giant Mahla at the location of the Aleksandrovac industrial zone in Laktaši.
The building has an area of 30,000.00 m2 and will be built on a site of 65,000.00 m2.
Baupartner is also the designer of this facility, where their project team together with partners Klaus Lehmann Gračanica and Alfaterm Mostar managed to meet all the requirements set by the Investor.
We are especially proud because we managed to get the job in very fierce international competition and this job gives us the right to say that Baupartner has become a leader in the construction of industrial facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region – they say in Baupartner.
Regardless of the turbulent year full of uncertainty and crises, we can say that this is the most successful year for us. In addition to the domestic BiH market, where we make almost all major investments, the most famous of which are for the companies Bingo, TPDC Rajovac, Union foods, Azel France, this year we also managed to complete a large facility for the company Bosch in Slovenia, and in Croatia we built and are building a large number of serious facilities in Zaprešić, Rijeka, Samobor, whose total area is over 180,000.00 m2.
Constant investment in the expansion of production plants and equipment, as well as the education of employees and professional attitude towards customers have resulted in the fact that we already have more than 120 million KM of contracts contracted, which is more than double the planned amount.
