A successful year behind BAUPARTNER

The company Baupartner from Lukavac reached the peak of its business in its 11 years of existence last year, despite the Covid pandemic and difficult business conditions.

This year, work was completed on several impressive facilities both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the region.

Last year, Baupartner built one of the largest logistics centers in Croatia, the investor Log Expert One in the Meridian 16 work zone in Velika Gorica (Vukovinsko polje), with a total area of 70,000 square meters.

This is our single largest facility so far, it is the crown of our efforts and this is a confirmation that in a very short time since the beginning of our own production of reinforced concrete structures we have managed to become an important factor in major projects in our region. Suffice it to say that it took 1080 trucks (tours) to transport the products, and that it was necessary to transport over 250 special oversized cargoes – according to Baupartner.

From the facilities in BiH, the domestic retail chain Bingo d.o.o. for when they built five facilities this year. These are the facilities of Bingo Sarajevo TPDC Rajlovac with a total area of 28,000 m2, Bingo Tuzla warehouse with an area of 13,200 m2, Bingo Banovići with a total area of 6,700 m2, Bingo Celic with an area of 3,600 m2 and Bingo Tuzla with an extension of the 1,900 m administrative building. years. – they say in Baupartner.

Last year, Baupartner was part of a project to build two Covid hospitals and a vaccine factory in Serbia. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia invested, and the client of the works was the company Termomont from Belgrade. The area of the Covid Hospital in Batajnica is 7,042 m2 and in Novi Sad 5,200 m2, while the vaccine factory is 10,000 m2.

They have over 350 realized projects and a million built squares in BiH, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Austria, Sweden and other countries.
